PLC control panels: PLCs, communication interfaces, operator panels, industrial computers, variable speed drives VFDs, standard and smart, instrumentation and analyzers, to be installed in a control panel are carefully tested. Data sheets, user’s manuals, wiring diagrams, manufacturer’s recommended practices and specs are carefully considered for a seamless integration.
 
Besides a PLC and other major control devices, we include a control transformer and power supplies with semi-conductor grade over current protection, MCR master control relay, thermo magnetic circuit breaker protected branch circuits, emergency stop wiring and buttons; every digital output is fuse-protected, 3 terminals for each analog channel, etc.
 

PLC automation/PLC retrofitting: We develop PC-based HMI (human-machine interface)/Scada (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) applications with the industry standard. HMI software RS View from Rockwell Automation. We deploy complete factory and plant floor automation projects, including industrial control networks (ethernet, data highway, device net, control net, AS-i, profibus DP, RS-485), Lan, internet, web, wireless (900/2400 MHz ISM band) and satellite links.  PLC applications programming for Allen-Bradley and Messung PLCs Scada graphics and database development and implementation AutoCad electronic documentation (P&ID and loop drawings) integration with visual basic, excel, access, SQL and ODBC databases, electrical and instrument installation process data collection systems and industrial IT control loop check commissioning and startup services system training
