Anand Seamless Tubes Pvt. Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of carbon and alloy steel seamless tubes. We are capable of producing a wide range of cold drawn tubes to cater to the requirements of various industries like heat exchangers, boiler, automobiles, bearings and general engineering industries and hydraulic applications.
 
Heat Exchangers & Boiler Tubes: We offer a full range of heat exchangers and boiler tubes. The tubes are offered under Third Party Inspection of agencies like DNV, SGS, BVIS, GLI, etc. ‘U’ bend tubes – carbon steel & alloy steel ‘U’ bend tubes are extensively used in heat exchangers, condensers, etc. We are equipped with state-of-the-art ‘U’ bending machines to produce ‘U’ bend tubes with precise dimensions.
 
Hydraulic Tubes & Fuel Injection Tubes  
We manufacture a complete range of hydraulic/fuel injection tubes. The tubes can be supplied as per client requirements i.e. they can be pickled, passivated, phosphated, oiled, varnished and even zinc-coated.
 
General Engineering & Mechanical Tubes: We manufacture all types of general engineering and mechanical tubes in all size ranges, to cater to all types of engineering applications.

Infrastructure: The process of cold drawing of tubes is used to obtain closer tolerance to produce better surface finish to increase the mechanical properties of the tubes by strain hardening and heat treatment and to produce tubes with smaller diameter that cannot be obtained through hot forming process. The technology employed by us for manufacturing of cold drawn seamless steel tubes involves the use of state-of-the-art machines. We have heavy duty draw branches, top of the line straightening machines, heat treatment furnaces and surface treatment facilities.
