Wafer knife gate valve: The EX model knife gate is a uni-directional wafer valve designed for general industrial service applications. The design of the body and seat assures non-clogging shutoff on suspended solids in industries such as Pulp and Paper Power plants, Wastewater treatment plants, Chemical plants, Food and Beverage, Bulk handling and Mining etc.
 
Special engineered valves: Single wedge knife gate valve.
 
Single wedge knife gate valve: A rugged cast body and bonnet combined with a shut-off system based on half-wedges on the body and gate means the knife gate valve offers the highest performance in terms of seal (both valve seat and to atmosphere) and of working pressures as well. For use with heavy or hazardous fluids and high working pressures, in the chemical or food industry (reactors) as well as in the environmental sector (pumping of waste waters, sludge). Sizes: DN 80 (3”) to 1000 mm (40”) Working pressure up to 64 bar, depending on size. Actuators: Hand wheel, Pneumatic, Electric or Hydraulic.

 
Valves for hydraulic works: Completely enclosed rectangular-port sliding gate for regulating and closing flow through the outlet works of dams. They are designed to be embedded (except the actuator) in concrete after installation. Robust fabricated construction of carbon steel, with high-performance bronze or stainless steel seats. Wide range of sizes and special materials to match specific requirements and depending on the head under which the gate will operate. Available with hydraulic, electric or manual actuator.
