100 Inch Pipe External Descaling Shot Blast MachineAirless 100 HP 3 wheel External pipe shot blasting machine for de scaling pipes from 60” to 100” diameters. This machine is designed to achieve surface finish SSPC – 10 (SA 2.5) by shot blasting process prior to coating. Machine provides 2 vital benefits for pipe protection. Firstly, it removes all rust, mill scale and corrosion, thus eliminating moisture which is almost always entrapped beneath these corrosion products. Secondly, it provides ideal surface finish (SSPC – 10/SA 2.5) for securing a continuous and effective bond between the pipe surface and coat.
Plate Descaling Shot Blasting Machine with inline paint boothAirless 8 wheels shot blasting machine is special purpose plate de scaling machine. It is designed to remove the mill scale from the plate surface prior to painting. The machine is designed to clean both sides of the plate simultaneously at a constant travel speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute in single pass. The work is processed in horizontal position. Our plate cleaning machine is designed with 8 Radial lock blast wheel, which have wheel RPM of 2400 throwing 300 Kgs shots per wheel per minute. 
Y Type Spinner Hanger MachineThese customised machine design to handle mix work load of medium large components including fragile and irregular shapes. Small components can also be cleaned by loading into carrier basket. Machine can handle load upto 5000 kg/hanger or more. In these machine job is put on hangers suspended from overhead Y shape monorail.
