The agenda will focus on exploring strategic global acquisition opportunities and evaluating potential fund-raising initiatives to drive the company’s growth and accelerate global expansion. Platinum Industries has seen a 31% CAGR in revenue from FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24, demonstrating its strong financial health and cash-rich status, despite maintaining a debt-free status and avoiding debt instruments.

The fund-raising plan involves issuing various instruments, including equity shares and convertible securities, through preferential issues, private placements, or other methods as permitted by laws, subject to regulatory/statutory approvals and shareholder approvals, as per applicable laws.
