Varroc appoints Avinash Chintawar as Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Business I

Varroc, a tier-1 automotive supplier, has appointed Avinash Chintawar as Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to Arjun Jain, Whole-Time Director & CEO – Business I, effective October 15, 2025.
As Chief Operating Officer, Chintawar will oversee the Operations Vertical within Business I, focusing on strengthening efficiencies, enhancing performance, and ensuring seamless alignment with Varroc’s long-term strategic vision.
Commenting on the appointment, Arjun Jain, Whole Time Director & CEO-Business I, Varroc, said, “We are delighted to welcome Avinash to the Varroc leadership team. His extensive experience and deep understanding of achieving operational excellence align perfectly with our needs as we drive the next phase of our growth. Mr. Chintawar holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IGNOU, and has completed ICWA (Inter).
Before joining Varroc, he served as Managing Director of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. and as Chairman of Bosch India Foundation. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions within the Bosch Group, including Director of Operations at Robert Bosch Bamberg (Germany), Technical Plant Manager at Bosch Nashik, and Managing Director at Bosch Electrical Drives India Pvt. Ltd. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for his strategic foresight and commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
