Bosch Power Tools opens new training centre [Oct 2011]

Global power tools major, Bosch Power Tools opens its state-of-the-art training centre in India. The training centre created with an investment of Rs. 50 million is one of the largest of its kind in the Bosch world. Spread over a sprawling area of 700 square metres this training centre will cater to the training and development needs of over 5,000 people annually in India and in the SAARC countries. It is expected to provide training to approximately 20,000 people in the coming decade. At the launch, Bosch also announced that with this initiative it intended to reach out to more than 15 million unskilled artisans in India.
