Carrier acquires Sauter Race Technologies [Mar 2012]

Carrier has completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sauter Race Technologies. Carrier, a part of UTC Climate, Control & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp., previously announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Sauter Race Technologies. This acquisition of Sauter Race Technologies reinforces Carrier’s position in the integrated building management segments, providing customers with more comprehensive end-to-end building management systems in India, including controls, and fire and security solutions.
