Battrixx has been rebranded as Geon, marking a significant shift in the company’s mission to provide affordable, clean energy. The new brand, Green Energy On, represents the company’s broader product portfolio, including EV batteries, energy storage systems, and advanced electronics and software.

Battrixx, the future technologies division of Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd, is now Geon. A pioneer in green energy solutions, this strategic transformation to GEON marks a significant evolution in its mission to empower lives by providing trusted and affordable clean energy, paving the way for a sustainable future for all. The brand unveil was showcased at the GEON booth at the Bharat Mobility Expo held in New Delhi as part of Bharat Mobility 2025. This transformation reflects the company’s expanded vision of connecting lives through intelligent green energy solutions.

Green Energy On represents the broader product portfolio, encompassing EV batteries, energy storage systems, and advanced electronics and software to support the entire ecosystem.

As per a recent report by the World Economic Forum, India is expected to invest more than $35 billion annually across advanced energy solutions by 2030 (excluding any solar or wind investment). Investment in battery storage alone must reach $9-10 billion annually. At the heart of GEON’s offerings are the advanced EV solutions, featuring state-of-the-art battery packs engineered for diverse vehicles, from two-wheelers to commercial vehicles, incorporating proprietary cell technology and advanced thermal management systems.

Through integrated battery management systems with AI-powered analytics, GEON enables real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, setting new standards for efficiency and reliability. The energy storage systems of GEON provides scalable solutions tailored for diverse applications, from residential to industrial, including telecom and grid infrastructure, bolstering India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy ecosystem.

GEON’s commitment to manufacturing excellence is reflected in its ambitious investment plans. The company has allocated INR 300 Cr towards expanding its domestic manufacturing capabilities, including a new state-of-the-art facility in Chakan, Pune. With the installation of this facility, GEON has successfully doubled its manufacturing capacity, reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry. A significant portion of this investment is dedicated to R&D, focusing on next-generation battery technology and smart energy management systems.

GEON will ensure operational continuity through its existing facilities while executing strategic expansion plans. All current products and services will remain uninterrupted under the new brand, now with enhanced support and service capabilities.
