YASKAWA India opens latest robotic solutions facility in Gurugram

To continue accelerating innovation in a period of rising manufacturing complexity and its subsequent automation need, it announced the opening a new state-of-the-art robot solution facility that aims to take industrial robotic automation to a new level.

Located in the heart of the industrial cluster of Manesar, Haryana, the state-of-the-art Experience Centre’s proximity to customers will enable closer collaboration and accelerated development of solutions for Yaskawa’s full range of industrial robotic applications. 

The experience/demonstration centre will showcase the latest technologies in Arc welding, Spot welding, Palletizing, Machine Tending, Painting, and Vision based assembly automation and will be much more suitable for varied industry segments.

The live demonstration of the Yaskawa cockpit (YCP), which is a part of Yaskawa’s i3-mechatronics (intelligent, integrated and innovative) vision of industry 4.0 and IIoT, is worth seeing. 

Spread over 45,000 sq. ft., the robotics solutions facility houses a state-of-the-art shop floor to support single & three-axis positioner manufacturing, assembly, testing and system integration of customized robotic systems and to conduct factory acceptance tests for robots.
