Dormer Pramet appoints Amit Raina as National Sales Manager

The company appoints Amit Raina as the new National Sales Manager for India. 

Amit takes over from Sharad Kulkarni, who becomes Dormer Pramet’s regional sales director for Asia, with overall responsibility for the sales teams in India, China and other key locations. Amit will join Mr Kulkarni’s Asia sales management team. Amit will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sales strategy in his new role. This includes driving and executing all aspects of Dormer Pramet’s sales performance in India through channels.   

Before joining Dormer Pramet, Amit spent almost two decades at Sandvik Coromant. He has deep expertise in sales, business, sales process and channel development.  

Dormer Pramet is a global manufacturer and supplier of tools for the metal cutting industry. Its comprehensive product program encompasses rotary and indexable drilling, milling, threading and turning tools for use in various production environments. An extensive sales and technical support service operate from 20 offices, serving over 100 markets worldwide. These are assisted by dedicated production facilities in Europe, the Americas and Asia, along with a highly developed distribution and logistics network.
