Hydro Prokav Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. is part of BKG Group of Industries that is engaged in manufacturing various process machineries like Filter Presses, Classifiers, Cyclones, High speed Circular Knitting Machines and other special purpose machines needed for various Industries like Chemical, Pharma, Fertilizer, Ceramics, Sugar, Food Processing, Paper, Effluent, Textile etc.
 
The Company has commenced manufacturing the complete range of positive displacements such as, internal gear pumps, rotary lobe pumps, progressive cavity pumps, twin screw pumps and triple screw pumps. Apart from catering to the needs of Indian market, the company exports products to several countries.
 
Internal Gear Pumps: The Company’s Internal Gear Pumps belongs to family of Positive Displacement Pumps where in driving gear with internal tooth drives the internal Gear and turns in same direction inside the pump casing. Advantages of Internal Gear Pumps are: Self priming pumps, Steady deliveries without pulsation for clear liquids or with little pulsation but without vibration and noise, Speed directionally proportional to capacity, Highly suitable to handle viscous clear liquids and temperature up to 250 Deg C, Can be offered with wide variety of material of construction to suit various corrosive media.
 
Rotary Lobe pumps: The principle of operation of Rotary Lobe Pumps are two synchornized rotors (Lobes) rotating against each other build chambers towards the casing of the pump. Features include: High suction capability, Ease of maintenance without disturbing pipe assembly, Reversible pump, transfers abrasive particles in suspension, Low pulsation, low noise and high precision metering discharge.
 
Twin Screw Pumps: The working principle of Hydro Prokav dual flow Twin Screw Pumps is dependent on the rotation of the two screw spindles in the closed compartment. Features include: High volumetric efficiency, High suction lifts without cavitation, Self priming and ability to handle air vapour and gas in fluids, No axial thrust, Long and trouble free service life with safety in operation and user friendly design, Uniform metered flow, Ability to handle different types of liquids and fluids.
