Non-ferrous metal die castings
 
Rajshi Industries manufactures non-ferrous metal casting products. The company manufactures die cast components by pressure die casting, gravity die casting, sand casting and shell molding process. We are vertically integrated business with our own foundries, sand casting, pressure die casting, gravity die casting machines, adequate quality testing laboratory including hardness testing, tensile testing and complete quality control support by coordinate measuring machine.
 
Our products
Gravity die castings: For mass production and that also for fully mechanized casting, gravity die casting is a good casting process. For producing smooth and textured, accurate dimension metal parts, gravity-die casting method is very good. We manufacture aluminum gravity die casting.
 
Sand castings: We handle sand casting of iron, bronze, brass, aluminum.
 
Pressure die castings: The process has evolved to permit design of products to reduce metal content, lessening weight and cost. Through this process, molten metal is injected into a steel mold or die with a die casting machine accompanied with pressure.
 
Zinc castings: The process is carried out in two sub-processes, namely die casting and gravity casting. We are manufacture zinc castings. Usually, the zinc die casting process uses three alloys of zinc, i.e. alloy 3, alloy 5 and alloy 7. We use mainly these alloys of zinc, because these alloys have good ductile and malleability properties.
 

Zinc die casting: The zinc castings are of the best for high volume, net-shaped, tight tolerance metal component manufacturing. Zinc being the easiest alloy to cast, offers high ductility and good impact strength. It can also be easily plated. Thus making zinc castings economical for small parts like building hardware, buttons and luggage fittings, electrical switchgear parts and decorative art ware.
