BALL VALVES: Standard pattern, full bore, Teflon seats and seals with stainless steel ball and spindle, m.s. plate handle with sleeve, screwed female BSP ends.
 
PARALLEL SLIDE BLOW OFF VALVE: Steam working pressure: 17.58 kg/cm2g(250 psig), maximum  permissible temperature: 250c (4370f), hydraulic test pressure: 35.16 kg/cm2g (500 psig)
 
BUTTERFLY VALVE: Available in Cast Iron/SG Iron / Cast Carbon Steel with modulating notch plate,  EPDM/Nitrile/ Viton Rubber liner and Disc in SG Iron (Epoxy Coated) / SS304/316.  with operations available of Hand Lever / Manual Worm Gear / Pneumatic Actuators, Available in Wafer / Lugged / Double Flanged Construction, Suitable for PN10/16, Table E/F and CL 150 Flanges.
 
SPRING RELIEF VALVE: Maximum steam set Pressure: 10.55 kg/cm2( 150psig). Maximum permissible temperature: 225°c (437°f). Hydraulic test pressure: 21.1 kg/cm2(300 psig).
FORGED STEEL  GATE VALVE CLASS 800: Utam Forged Steel Gate Valve, bolted bonnet outside screw

and yoke type, rising stem, screwed female npt threads to ansib 21 or socket welded ends to ANSI B 16.11. supplied with IBR form IIIC duly signed by Director of Boilers, Punjab.
 
CAST STEEL STOP-CUM-NON RETURN VALVE ND-40- IBR CERTIFIED: Straight and Right Angle Pattern, Bolted Bonnet, outside screw and yoke type rising stem with backseat arrangement renewable stainless steel trim, hand wheel operated flanged ends
