With respect to standard format laser machines, what are the latest offerings in the market?

The laser market is drastically climbing the ladder of higher KW, means higher thickness of Jobs can be cut. The Investment is also gradually reducing making them more affordable. Even Messer Now offers Laser Machine up to 10 KW Means Mild steel cutting of 25 mm thick.

We are offering all standard formats like 3015,4020,6050. Laser is now entering the thickness areas of Oxyfuel and Plasma cutting slowly.

In last few years, the demand for laser cutting machines has been consistently growing and we came up with both Gantry and Unitized laser machines. That made us the only international company having the complete thermal cutting solutions with all the three technologies – Oxyfuel, Plasma and Laser.

We have also diversified into value added products like the Plate Processing machine where we offered the cutting process combined with machining processes like Drilling, Milling & Tapping, etc., to make a complete component on machine.

The manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India is our fifth manufacturing facility worldwide. In this facility, we have capability to produce and supply all types of solutions required in thermal cutting industry including high speed Fibre laser cutting machines, CNC Plasma cutting machines, bevelling solutions and other solutions like material handling.

We have also positioned ourselves with products required for all types and categories of customers – from a beginner starting with hand cutting to one who is migrating from hand cutting to CNC cutting and someone, who is transforming from Plasma to Laser and the ones, who want to increase their productivity with automated solutions.
