HPL launches AV Automatic Transfer Switch for power management

HPL’s new ATS series is a next-gen solution for reliable, automated power management. It provides uninterrupted energy flow with intelligent control, remote access, and robust safety features.
HPL launched the Supreme Intelligent ATS series for power management. It delivers uninterrupted power with automation-grade intelligence. Designed for modern energy infrastructure, this advanced range comes with in-built and panel-mounted controllers, offering the widest current ratings to suit diverse applications.
Features:
· With the Supreme Intelligent ATS series, users can control, measure, and program over 45 parameters, including voltage, current, frequency, power factor, energy, run hours and power-on hours. It adheres to maximum demand (in kW and kVA) for both mains and generator separately, complete with date and time stamps.
· It works across a wide voltage range from 18V DC to 330V AC and also supports an external power supply for continuous operation.
· It includes a special fire protection system for added safety.
· The system supports communication through RS-485 MODBUS, Ethernet, and cloud or IoT software. It can be accessed using a mobile app or PC via a gateway.
· It allows remote operation through PLC, SCADA, or EMS systems with password protection.
· The ATS displays current and peak current values locally and also shares them with connected devices like a PC or mobile app.
· It records and stores event history for up to 6 months through the communication system.
· The motor module can be removed easily without touching the power terminals, making maintenance quick and simple.
· A team of trained service professionals is available across India to reduce downtime.
· A new range of manual and automatic changeovers with overlapping neutral will be available soon.
