KirloSmart, an IoT-based pump monitoring system, has advanced features to help users monitor the pump remotely and view historical data through smart devices. It offers real-time performance tracking, predictive maintenance, and improved user convenience, reinforcing its leadership in innovative engineering solutions.
Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. has introduced an advanced version of its IoT-based pump monitoring system, KirloSmart. KBL continues its trend of setting a new benchmark in engineering excellence and using customer-focused technology. This upgraded KirloSmart system further solidifies KBL’s leading position in the market. This Smart and futuristic technology enables users to remotely monitor and troubleshoot pumps, delivering real-time performance data without manual intervention. It predicts and alerts users to potential issues, ensuring optimal pump performance and preventing damage or breakdowns. KirloSmart achieves this by continuously transmitting and analysing key pump parameters such as flow, pressure, power consumption, voltage, current, vibrations, bearing temperature, and operating hours. Additionally, users can access weekly reports, notifications, alarms, and recommendations on water and electricity consumption through the KirloSmart data centre. The system also manages spare parts, providing notifications before their expiry. The data is accessible through KBL’s web-based portal and interactive mobile application.
KirloSmart’s advanced IoT solution expects to attract new customers, adding to the extensive user base that has benefited from this innovative solution. Launched commercially in 2016 after in-house use at the Kirloskarvadi factory since 2010, KirloSmart puts convenience, control, and return on investment at your fingertips.Cookie Consent
