The company has achieved highest ever turn over, although its main source of business comes from power sector. Having clear forecast strategy in place, Bevcon has generated business in material handling segment. Considering the serious glut in cash flow in the market, the company had challenges in keeping cash collection cycle in control otherwise it’s satisfied with outcomes. Moving forward among shortcomingsAny growing organisation’s shortcomings are integral part of the business. Bevcon strongly believes that moving forward is the best solution. Strategy to perform wellAs a strategy, Bevcon has enhanced its products to reach majority of the industry.
