EMCO acquires 100% equity share capital of STSCL

EMCO Limited has acquired 100 per cent equity share capital of Shekhawati Transmission Service Company from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN), Jaipur for setting up 220 kV S/C Sikar (400 kV) – Nawalgarh Jhunjhunu power  transmission line with 220/132kV GSS at Nawalgarh and associated scheme and work on “build own operate and maintain (BOOM)” basis.
