Konecranes launches new BOXHUNTER

BOXHUNTER operating concept is based on advanced video and laser technology that Konecranes has developed for its top-of-the-line Automated Stacking Cranes (ASCs)
 After several studies, and backed by a thorough understanding of customer needs, Konecranes launched the BOXHUNTER and reinvented the RTG crane.

BOXHUNTER is outcome of an intense product development effort that reinvented the Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) crane. The BOXHUNTER operating concept is based on advanced video and laser technology that Konecranes has developed for its top-of-the-line Automated Stacking Cranes (ASCs). Video cameras located at strategic points around the crane and a sophisticated Graphical User Interface in the cab gives operator excellent visibility everywhere he needs it.
