L&T to sell out stake to JV partner Komatsu

Diversified engineering firm Larsen &Toubro is set to sell its 50 per cent stake to Japanese partner Komatsu in their hydraulic equipment manufacturing joint venture, L&T Komatsu.

 This is a strategic decision from L&T to exit non-core businesses at a time its core engineering and construction operations are under severe stress.
