Incepted in 1983, Vimal Alloys Pvt. Ltd is engaged in manufacturing and supplying  high quality of  alloy steel (adamite), SG iron rolls & rings, steel castings, forgings, machinery parts (Heavy Engineering) stainless steel castings, shaker hearth trays, alloy steel ingots etc. The Company supplies  casting of various shapes and sizes to different industries including cement plats, mills, sponge iron plants,  power generation, mining machinery and  hand tools etc.

Steel Castings: The Company is providing one stop solution for all the casting needs, including design and engineering, pattern making and molding.  The  range of castings are available in various IS grades like IS1030, IS 2708, IS 2644, IS 2707 and EN24, EN19, EN8, EN9, EN31, AISI309, AISI 310, AISI 316 and other AISI grades.
 
Castings for Sponge Iron Industries: The Company holds expertise in offering steel castings /machinery parts for the sponge Iron Industries in 500 TPD, 300 TPD, 100 TPD & 50 TPD finish. Some of the available forms include kiln & cooler tyres, girth gears, roller and bearing housings.
 

Rolling Mill Industry: The Company has wide range of rolls, bars, couplings and other casting products as per the specific process needs of the rolling mill industry. All the products are specially heat treated and hardened to achieve the desired strength. These are produced in various grades of alloy steel and non- alloy steel conforming to International Standards. The comprehensive range of products for rolling mill industry includes the following:
