Thejo Engineering Services (P) Ltd. is a major player in Bulk Material Handling and maintenance of Belt Conveyor systems. What are the long term objectives of your company?
Our main objective is to elaborate our international network and to be perceived as a global leader. We aim to translate our knowledge to a higher level by increasing the scope of the maintenance activity in the core sectors.
 
Which are the prime growth drivers of Bulk Material Handling industry in India?
Industries such as Power, Steel, Cement, Ports, and Mining would be the prime sectors which would drive the growth of bulk material handling.
 
Can you discuss about your business activities in detail?
Our service division takes care of the total operational maintenance of the plants. Our manufacturing unit provides products for the bulk material handling, mineral processing and corrosion protection. We have our well trained employees stationed throughout India to take up maintenance projects in various plants. Apart from operations in India, Thejo performs maintenance activities in Saudi Arabia through their Joint Ventures. The company has made inroads into the international market by exporting products mainly to Australia, which has acted as a profitable market for Thejo.
 
What kind of products your company is offering?
The product range includes: Belt Splicing chemicals, Pulley Lagging Sheets, Conveyor Belt Accessories, Mineral Processing Applications, Screening Applications, Impact Abrasion & Wear resistant Application, Dust Management system, Flow Promotion System, Vulcanizing Machines and Mould and extruded products.

What kind of new products/services recently introduced by your company is providing for the maintenance of Belt Conveyor Systems?
There is a new product names Senson Technik. It is an electro-optical volume measuring system for conveyor belts and we are the agents for this product in India.
 
Can you brief us about your manufacturing facilities?
Thejo has three manufacturing facilities situated in Ponnari, Tamil Nadu, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery coupled with effective in process control to produce superior quality and reliable products.
 
Unit No. 1 manufactures all molded, extruded, rotocured and autoclaved rubber products and lining activities.
 
Unit No.2, the Conveyor Belt Reconditioning unit is equipped with high capacity vulcanizing presses, longitudinal and edge repairing machines, with hydraulic winders to handle heavy belts with ease.
 
Unit No. 3 manufactures belt vulcanizing machines, belt repair machines, belt winders, winches and other conveyor belt handling equipments. It is a manufacturing facility equipped with all the modern facilities and up to date technology.
 
What kind of quality control is being maintained by Thejo Engg in manufacturing products?
Our manufacturing unit is ISO Certified and is equipped with state of the art machineries which are regularly updated to meet the utmost standards.
