Pneumatic tubing with ISO1402 standards

SPAC manufactures world class pneumatic tubing which includes PU tubes, PU recoils and double layer anti-spark tube. 13 sizes of outer diameter are available; 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16mm, in accordance with one touch fittings and with different combination of inner diameter and wall thickness. Maximum working pressure is 10 bar and minimum proof pressure is 25 bar. Special customised sizes can be made as per the customer requirement. With the usage of state-of-the-art manufacturing and inspection facilities like tube extruder machines and sophisticated quality equipments such as: a)100 per cent online dimensional monitoring, b)printing and c) hydro-static pressure testing are in accordance with ISO1402 standards.

SPAC provides high quality engineering plastic tubes, PU and recoils tubes in 11 different colours like blue, light blue, red, green, yellow, black, milky white, transparent blue, transparent red, opaque transparent and orange. Recoils are provided with and without end connectors as per market requirements.
High elasticity with small bend radius PU tubes can adjust through tight space; wrinkle free, without kinking effect.

SPAC has introduced an innovative novel concept of user-friendly single layer anti-spark tubes apart from regular double layered ones and also provides single layer recoiled anti-spark tube. SPAC also introduced nylon tubes for high working pressure up to 20 bar, less wall thickness to carry and transport more flow rate capacity. Nylon tubes can be commonly used with one touch fitting and ferrule fittings. SPAC provides 6 sizes with outer diameter x inner diameter 4×2.5mm, 5x3mm, 6x4mm, 8x6mm, 10x8mm and 12x9mm combinations. All tubes are printed as per SPAC standard or customer requirement with all the necessary traceable information such as size, pressure rating, machine number, manufacturing date and time.
