Muratec CNC AC Servo Turret Punch Press Motorum 2048TS has been designed mainly to reduce noise and provide high-speed processing with reliability and accuracy. The single hit processing time with Y-axis 100mm pitch is 0.375 seconds. The machine uses the latest carbon reinforced plastic fibre (CRPF) for its rigidity and lightweight in ram drive. The machine increases the overall productivity through process integration of deburring, forming, tapping and other processes, together with a reduction of time needed to set up and program. While reducing scratching on the back of the worksheet, the brush table also gives the stable movement of the worksheet. Crash sensors prevent major damage to the machine by stopping the machine when material curves upward toward the turret avoiding a collision.

Swing Loader SL-1250 The Economical Automated Sheet Metal System SL-1250 is a compact automatic loader for unmanned production. The loader has been designed with the flexibility to accept two different operating patterns. The loader has advanced features such as a double sheet thickness detector, a separate scheduler, etc. It can handle sheet sizes of 1250mm x 2500mm (thickness up to 3.2mm).
