Grind Master launches metal finishing machines

Grind Master, the total solution provider for metal finishing, announced launch of two new metal finishing machines at IMTEX 2016.

  The CF300 is an advanced version of conveyorised deburring machine, with advanced features such as touchscreen user interface, smart phone application connectivity and a robust international quality build. Using modular elements such as belt grinding heads and planetary brush deburring heads, the CF300 is a workhorse for high volume deburring of punched, fine blanked parts in automotive and general engineering industry.Grind Master is in collaboration with Timesavers Holland for Sales and Service of Advanced Wide Bett Grinding Machines for the past 10 years, successfully installing over 60 machines in India. Responding to the needs of batch type production, and low volume manufacturing, Grind Master introduced Flexigrind TGM10, a manual flat part grinding and deburring machine. This innovative machine is a boon for fabricators and low volume high quality part makers including aerospace industry. Introduced worldwide by Timesavers a year ago, there are already over 500 installations of this machine. Grind Master plans to manufacture this machine from its Aurangabad facility.n
