Hyundai launches R340LC-7 indigenously developed excavator at EXCON [24 November 2011]

Hyundai Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd.(HCEIPL), a subsidiary of Hyundai Heavy Industries, Korea, announced the launch of their heavy duty excavator RC 340L in India. Hyundai showcased their product, R340LC-7 at EXCON 2011, the sixth international exhibition on construction equipment & construction technology trade fair, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Bengaluru held between November 23rd to 27th. Hyundai’s booth no. at EXCON is 714 & 715.
R340 LC-7 is amongst the world class excavators from Hyundai specially designed and manufactured in India for heavy construction, marble, granite and quarry application. The operating or total weight of the machine is 34 tonnes, with an engine power of 260 HP (191 KW) at 1750 rpm. The bucket capacity of the excavator is 2.1 m3 GP (General Purpose), 1.76 m3 RB (Rock Breaker).
