Gala offers fully automatic disc finishing system

 Gala in association with TIPTON Corporation, Japan, brings world-class disc finishing machine for components deburring, finishing, and polishing application with complete automation.
The machine is completely automated wherein parts can be loaded with loading system into the barrels and after finishing process machine is tilted to unload media and components onto separation system (screening). Separated media is reloaded in the machine with inbuilt loading system to save recurring cost and time.
Finishing chemicals are automatically added into the barrels through our advance dosing system in required quantity. PLC-based control panel enables complete automation of the process resulting complete control and hassle-free finishing.
