Zinkote-20, cold galvanizing paint
 
Zinkote 20 is an excellent, extremely quick drying, touch-up, zinc metal powder rich paint for cold galvanizing of mild steel parts. Surface to be coated shall be free from oil/ grease/ dust/ dirt/ rust & other foreign matters. promlacq-cg mainly used as high degree anti-corrosion application, aesthetics; for attaining high gloss and for touch-up & reworking applications and for maintenance of the hot dip galvanized tubes, angles, threaded portions, channels, i-beams, ms gratings, cable trays, screws, fasteners,  nuts and bolts washers, spacers etc and steel buildings, scaffoldings and formworks, sub station structures and transmission line towers.
 
Zinkote 20 offers a very tough bright coating & will touch dry within 2-3 min. over-coating, if necessary, may be done after 1 hr. this cold galvanizing coating can also be used as an undercoat as it has excellent adhesion to all types of paints, lacquers, epoxies, crps etc. one litre of promlacq-cg will give 8-10 meters squares coverage and will deposit 18-22 microns coating by single coat spray /dip. the coated surface passes 600 hrs salt spray fog chamber test & has excellent anti-corrosion properties.
 
Recommended uses: Power plants, power transmission lines erection, sub-station erection / maintenance, tower lights, electric poles, mobile signaling towers, transformers and frameworks. Every type of hot dip galvanized metals, tubes, angles, channels, strips, i-beams, etc. automobile exhaust system components/ ducting. steel buildings, canopies, false ceilings,  air conditioning ducts, ventilator structures, engine housing of scooter/motor cycles, four wheelers, trucks & tractors.
 
Zinkote 20 cold galvanizing paint is available ex-stock from our Chinchwad, Pune/Thane packing sizes is 1 ltr  rs 400/ltr &  5 litre tins @ Rs 390/ltr. Zinkote 20 is also available as zinc bright spray in 500 ml self-spray aerosol cans for Rs 300 per can.
