Hydraulic Presses: Our ‘C’ frame hydraulic presses are sturdily constructed for minimum deflection of the frame. These presses comprise in-built hydraulic power pack for multi productivity and operated with most advanced electronic control (PLC). These are extensively used for bending, straightening, punching, drawing, riveting, assembling, moulding and general purpose. The features are as follow:
High speed, easy to set up, economical. Range: 5 ton to 200 ton. Operation: Manual/Automatic.
 
Application: Sheet metal industries, rubber industries, ceramic industries, backlight molding, pump industries, automobile.
 
H Frame: Our qualitative hydraulic press-H frame is widely in demand in the domestic and international market. Fabricated with utmost precision and accuracy, these can be provided in customized design as per the requirement of the clients. The specifications are as follows:
•      Double acting cylinder design with 5 part oil seals for smooth operation and a tight seal
•      Ram has lifting eyes to move table with chains
•      2 Hp submerged motor drives 2 centrifugal pumps on 40 & 70 Ton
•      3 Hp submerged motor drives 3 centrifugal pumps on 100 Ton
•      All electrical controls are low voltage
•      Ram rapid advance automatically shifts to slow after touching work
•      Machine has a pressure gauge and 2 forged steel plates
 
Construction: H Type, Channel, Closed Frame.
