We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a group of entrepreneurs associated to form a pvt. ltd co by the name of Sunny Gears (India) Pvt. Ltd in 1995. We are situated in one of prestigious industrial estates of India at el-29, Chikalthana, MIDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
 
Promoters: Pradeep Pimple is a graduate mechanical engineer from Govt. Eng. College, Aurangabad of 1979. From Aug 1979 I had served in a reputed automobile mfg. co. till march 1995. I worked as dept. head of gear shop. This gives me the definite advantage of thoroughly knowing the automobile gear components, their process of mfg., tooling requirement & design and quality requirements. In the mean time I had completed a post graduation curriculum in financial management viz. MFM from Mumbai University in 1991. Here I am given the task of working as MD. Other directors are well qualified and experienced in eng. and administrative skills.
 
Our Products: Spur gears, helical gears, sprockets, ratchets, timing pulleys, worm shafts, worm wheels, splined shafts, tapered spline, shafts and gears, axles, facial teeth gears, geared motors. Electrodes for sparking multi start involute worms and gears splined coupling. Our 20 years long experience in quality gears mfg for all frequent/regular eng. requirements shall ensure your requirement of gears and shafts. Our present capacities are 10 mm-450 mm dia, up to 1200 mm shaft length, up to 325 mm spline length, up to 60 degree h. angle, up to 6 module. We also undertake to mfg. special profile gears such as ratchets, worm wheels, worms and taper splines. We provide consultancy for mfg. (gears and light eng. items) in quality problems, statistical process control, wip control, jigs’ and fixtures’ designs and process layouts.
