Sunrise Inductocast (P) Ltd is a leading manufacturer of non-ferrous and ferrous metal alloys and its graded castings since 1970. We are based in Gujarat, one of the major hubs for industrial engineering in India. It is involved in manufacturing of all types of iron-based alloys, copper base alloys, aluminium- based alloys and zinc-based alloys castings used in valves, pumps, automobiles, textiles and other engineering sectors. The castings are made as per different specifications and standards such as ASTM, BIS, DIN, BS, or any other tailor-made specifications with high precision machinery aided with latest technology at our end. The founders are a team of dynamic young professionals with extensive marketing, sales and technical experience in the respected industry.
 
Production capacity: Single piece casting, weighing 50 gram to 500kg. Melting unit: Single melting unit of 1,300 kg for copper-based alloys and induction furnace of 500kg for iron-based alloys. Ferrous casting grades: Cast iron, grey iron, SG iron, SS & MS alloy castings, aluminium pressure die casting right from the concept to the component. We manufacture about 20,000 bushes of high precision LTB–4 & LTB–5 grade. In-house precision workshop for machining the component as per drawing and requirement of the client.
 
Quality control: The company is extremely quality-conscious and takes meticulous efforts to scrutinize the castings right from their inception. The company conducts tests right from the raw material stage to final products. The manufacturing system is well documented to ensure conformity to customer’s specification for this purpose.
Sunrise has a well-equipped laboratory to carry out necessary tests in-house. The company quality rating of customers is extremely high and is looked upon as a trusted supplier of quality castings.
 
Equipment & facilities
a) Foundry equipment: 1,300 kg oil-fired rotary furnace. 500kg oil-fired tilting furnace. 800kg kettle furnace. 250kg induction furnace. 100kg induction furnace.
b) Pressure die casting unit: Pressure die casting machine 120 tons. Capacity: Oil-fired furnace for melting 100kg aluminium alloy.
